This is the first published collection of work by Manga artists Lizbeth R. Jimenez and Marc I Ulloa.
Prelude was published in 2007 and is a collection of artwork by JU (Jimenez & Ulloa) a duo formed in 2006. This book contains over 68 original illustrations, 4 collaborations, 3 marker tutorials covering how to color skin, air, eyes and fabric, and 2 special sections with over 10 extra illustrations each, plus introductory comics to their up and coming manga.
Book is in very good condition. Has been sitting on a shelf for a long time, occasionally being taken out to look at. So it has casual scuffing from pulling it in and out of it's shelf.
This book has been AUTOGRAPHED by both Lizbeth R Jimenez AND Marc I Ulloa on the dedication page. It was autographed by both of them in 2007 at a NY con.
Also included is the business card they gave me when I purchased and had the book autographed (their personal emails are written on the back of the card but I won't share that here)
