A skinny leg, stretch, early 2000s era, vintage piece. It has an ultra-low-rise, 5.75" waist, w/ 2 false front pockets & 2 real back pockets. They're a pull-on style w/ a button closure on the front waistband. Embellished w/ zippers under the front pockets. This piece has been embellished w/ square, silver hand-pressed, stud accents at the front & back pockets & leg bottom hemlines. They are laced up the side, hand-pressed grommets with a cute and fun metallic silver ribbon. Materials: Cotton & Spandex.
